Please read over our Terms and Conditions before using and shopping on EVLife's website. By confirming your order with payment, you accept the following terms of service:

1. Accuracy of Product Information

We strive to update the information of various products on our website, which is intended for convenience in purchasing and reference. Due to the large number of products, if the information is not updated in time or if errors or omissions occur, the actual situation of the product will prevail. For products that are parallel imported by a third party, the version of the information provided by the supplier shall prevail. If you have doubts about the product information, please contact our customer service or visit our physical store for assistance.

2. Order Amendment / Replacement of Product

We deliver goods from Monday to Friday. Once the package is handed over to the courier, we will not be able to make any changes or process refunds. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date.

3. Quality Issues

Our products are checked and inspected by our staff before delivery to ensure they are in good condition. No returns or exchanges are accepted. If you have any concerns after receiving the goods, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

4. Product Damage

To ensure that products reach you in good condition, we have invested in protective packaging. While product breakage is rare, we recommend that when receiving packages of fragile items (such as ceramics), you take pictures during the unboxing process. If you discover any damage, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a refund or resend based on the actual situation. We will also apply for compensation from the shipping company.
