Warranty

EV Life Limited (hereafter referred to as "we") is committed to providing quality products. We ensure that the production of our products undergoes strict quality inspections. All products come with a one-year warranty and/or maintenance from the date of purchase, provided they are used correctly.

Warranty Coverage

  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
  • The warranty period is limited to the original buyer and is non-transferable.

Exclusions

  • Warranty claims will not be honored for damages or malfunctions due to improper operation, installation, usage, maintenance, severe negligence, or natural disasters.
  • The cost of returning the equipment to the manufacturer is not included in the warranty.

Return Issue

If you encounter any of the following issues upon receiving the goods:

  1. The received products do not match the ordered products.
  2. Quality problems.

You must contact us within seven days after the order is shipped (calculated from the day the order is received).

Return Requirements:

  • The product must be returned together with the receipt and original packaging, including any accessories and gifts.
  • Please provide your name, phone number, the coupon received in the transaction, and the reason for the return.
  • All returned or exchanged goods and their packaging must be intact and complete. Failure to comply will result in the refusal of the return application.

Additional Information:

  • Only one return is permitted per order.
  • In case of any dispute, EV Life reserves the right of final decision.
